Get Your Trump Cards Ready For Geek+Pop's Summer Event

Cards, Miniatures, Fighting Games, and Tubero?!

Geek+Pop promises an action-packed experience by bringing card game and retro gaming enthusiasts together under one roof for PICCS and Geek+Pop Resbak May 23-24.

The two-day convention will be divided into two main events. The first, the Philippine International Collectibles and Card Show (PICCS), caters to fans of miniatures and trading card games. It will feature titles including "Magic: The Gathering," "Pokémon TCG," "Alpha Clash," "One Piece Card Game" and "Yu-Gi-Oh!" Attendees can also look forward to miniature exhibitions and painting sessions for "Unmatched" and "Warhammer 40,000."

A special Pokémon Hour, a dedicated segment celebrating everything related to the franchise, will also take place during PICCS.

Additionally, Geek+Pop Resbak will host play sessions and tournaments for "Street Fighter 6," "Tekken 8," "Super Smash Bros." and "Granblue Fantasy Versus." These competitions are open to everyone, from first-time participants to seasoned veterans looking to claim glory.

It is not all about the games and miniatures, as Filipino heavy metal group Tubero will be present to perform during Geek+Pop's Resbak. The band will also hold special meet-and-greet sessions for attendees of the event.

PICCS and Geek+Pop Resbak are set to commence May 23-24 at Space at One Ayala in Makati City.  Tickets are available for purchase at geekpop.helixpay.ph.
